All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit, which is due two weeks from your initial contract date.
Full payment is due two weeks prior to the scheduled visit. We accept school checks, school purchase orders, or any major credit card. Payment may be sent to:

VIDEO TAPING AND PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
The product and presentation that PlymouthRock.org provides is copyrighted. The experience can not be recorded for use or sale. Still photography is allowed for personal use only. Commercial use must be approved by PlymouthRock.org.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If your 50% non-refundable deposit is not received by the due date, Plymouth Rock Music reserves the right to cancel program.
If you need to cancel your visit, we ask that you do so at least seven business days prior to your program date. By doing so, your full payment may be transferred to an alternate date within the school year.
If you cancel within seven business days of your program, you are able to transfer your total payment minus the 50% non-refundable deposit to an alternate date only.
